Hudspeth has turned around a program that had never won more than six games in a year under nine year head coach Rickey Bustle.  He brought in an innovative offense from Mississippi State that has helped lead the Sun Belt in points scored this season.  Hudspeth is an innovative, enthusiastic head coach that was very successful at North Alabama and is definitely on the rise within the coaching ranks.
